WORKING TOGETHER

Project terms

Each project begins with a written scope and quote. The following explains the process; the agreed project proposal sets the specific commercial terms.

Brief and quote

Submitting a brief is free and does not create a booking. Deliverables, formats, schedule, revisions, usage rights and payment milestones must be agreed before production begins.

Payment

Payment is arranged after you approve the quote. Available methods depend on the client, provider eligibility and account capabilities. The website does not collect card details or process a checkout payment. Final delivery and any deposits follow the agreed proposal.

Revisions and changes

The proposal states the included revision rounds. New concepts, added deliverables or changes to an approved direction may require a revised quote and schedule. Consolidated feedback helps keep production on track.

Source materials and likenesses

You must have the necessary rights to supplied photos, products, logos, audio and references. Real-person face editing requires appropriate permission. The studio does not accept deceptive impersonation or non-consensual intimate imagery.

Usage and delivery

Commercial use, exclusivity, source-file delivery and third-party licensing must be specified in the proposal. AI-assisted outputs can involve platform or third-party restrictions. No blanket promise of copyright protection or exclusivity is made.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation terms, refunds and treatment of completed work are agreed in the proposal. Any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
